Identity, site and station software for a fast-charging network across the Iberian peninsula.
Charging is infrastructure, but drivers experience it as hospitality. Voltline wanted to be judged on the second thing.
We built the identity around a single idea — light arriving — and carried it from the app map through to the physical signage on 240 stations.
The live availability layer is a custom service that reconciles four hardware vendors into one feed, with a 400ms median response.
Support tickets fell 38% in the first quarter after launch, mostly because the map finally told the truth.
