Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it. The long version is below.

Who we are

IRONLIGHT is Ironlight Studio LLC, a digital agency registered in New York with studios in Lisbon and Singapore. We are the data controller for information collected through ironlight.studio.

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you send an enquiry we keep your name, work email, company, budget range, timeline and the description of your project. Our analytics are cookie-free and aggregate: page, referrer, country, device class. We do not run advertising pixels.

How we use it

To reply to you, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of the commercial relationship. We do not sell data, we do not enrich it with third-party profiles, and we do not add enquiry emails to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask.

Legal basis

For enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. For contracts, performance of a contract. For anything optional, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Our email provider, our cloud hosting provider, and our accounting system. All are bound by data processing agreements. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA or the US without an appropriate transfer mechanism in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and professional-liability obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Write to privacy@ironlight.studio and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We set one functional cookie to remember whether you have dismissed a notice. Nothing else. No cross-site tracking, no session recording, no advertising identifiers.
