We started in 2014 because the agencies we had worked for kept selling process instead of judgement.
Rhea and Jonas met on a rescue project — a fintech rebuild that had already burned two vendors and eighteen months. They fixed it in eleven weeks with four people, and realised the difference was not talent. It was that nobody in the room was protecting a billable hour.
Twelve years later the shape is the same: small senior teams, fixed scope, one accountable lead. We have turned down more work than we have taken, which is the only reason the work stayed good.
