A care-coordination platform used by 4,200 clinicians, rebuilt around how rounds actually happen.
Clinicians were opening seven tabs to answer one question. We spent three weeks on wards before drawing anything.
The rebuilt platform leads with a patient timeline rather than a table, and pulls labs, notes and imaging into a single scroll. An LLM summarisation layer drafts handover notes that clinicians edit rather than write.
Every AI output shows its sources inline. Nothing is auto-committed to a record.
Measured across 340 sessions, task completion rose 63% and mean time to handover dropped by eleven minutes.
